Provided strategic consulting and visual brand development of existing products and services as well as design thinking to develop new products and concepts in the energy efficiency market. I provided the design of marketing materials including logos and branding systems, brochures, flyers, business cards, interactive web design and development, powerpoints, interactive tutorial pdfs, graphical iconography, html email campaigns, writing, editing and more.
Teaching Assistant
Although the title was Teaching Assistant, I was the sole teacher in the classroom. I taught Design Process I & II and Graphic Design I and Introduction to Typography.
Account Representative / Acount Supervisor
I started out handling calls in the customer service section of the Auto Finance Division for Chase. After about a year I was promoted to Account Supervisor where I handled escalated calls and managed troubled accounts until the customer's issues were resolved.

Varsity Volleyball Coach
During my time as the Varsity Coach, I led the Bears to back to back State Tournament appearances from 2003 to 2005 and won the Idaho 4A State Title in 2005. I also received the the prestigious award of Idaho Coach of the Year.
